Vegan Author at Rhinebeck Farmer’s Market

Sunday, August 1 @ 11a.m. - 1 p.m.
Rural Intelligence Arts
Oblong Books and Music will host a book signing at the Rhinebeck Farmers’ Market of Clean Food by the vegan cookbook author Terry Walters.  Though the book contains over 200 recipes for fresh, seasonal dishes containing neither meat, fish nor dairy products, it is hailed as “more than a cookbook”; also “a feast for the senses that will nourish mind, body, soul…and the planet, too.”
