Berkshire Symphony Orchestra at Williams
Friday, November 5 @ 8 p.m.

In the second of its series presenting the work of composers who died last year, the Berkshire Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Ronald Feldman, presents May 6, 1915 – January 23, 2009, featuring Adagio for Orchestra, perhaps the best-known and -loved composition by George Perle. The program also includes excerpts from Tchaikovsky’s opera Eugene Onegin, sung by bass-baritone Keith Kibler and soprano Kerry Ryer-Parke, plus Schubert’s Symphony No. 4, D 417 in C Minor (“Tragic”).
