Gary Hoey at Infinity Hall

Thursday, December 2 @ 8 p.m.

You can be pretty sure that Gary Hoey’s signature holiday show, A Ho Ho Hoey Christmas, won’t be hokey, like most of the seasonal saccharine presented this during this most wonderful time of the year. Hoey’s a high-energy guitar hero who seriously shreds some holiday classics, though not necessarily the ones you’re thinking of. He’s got a head-banging take on You’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch, and his rockin’ rendition of the theme of the immortal Peanuts Christmas special will have you doing the Snoopy dance in your chair, if not on the table.
