The Annandale Troupe, a children’s Shakespeare summer camp will be presenting “Frankenstein”. The five week camp and four performances are held at Wings Castle, Millbrook New York. Children ages 6 to 16 are invited to join our 2008 summer session/ dates are June 30th to August 4th.  Children participate in acting and movement classes, improvisational games, period dancing, scenery and costume prop making craft workshop. “Hey kids, let’s put on a show in the barn” was OK in Mickey Rooney’s day, but it’s no longer what kids in the country say if they love theater. Instead, they say, “Mom, can I go to camp?“ Fortunately, many of the theater companies in our region offer summer classes and workshops, and they are filling up quickly.
