Slow Food Western Massachusetts and the Stagecoach Tavern will host a prix fixe ($45 plus beverages, tax and tip) dinner of locally-sourced Polish foods, prepared by Chef Sarah Dibben, to accompany a presentation of Erik Hoffner’s photographs of Poland’s small farms. The photos were taken on behalf of the Heifer Project International, which teaches sustainable agriculture and small-scale, heritage breed livestock farming methods to struggling rural communities around the world.
