Food News: Take Home a Taste of Swoon

Rural Intelligence FoodSwoon Kitchenbar owners Jeff and Nina Gimmel have made their mark on Columbia County’s culinary scene with their simply prepared local food. Now they are marketing their own sausage and paté so we can have a taste of Swoon at home.  This Saturday, the Hudson-Chatham Winery, whose tasting room will be one of the places to buy Swoon’s new products, help the Gimmels launch their project by hosting a barbecue. Jeff Gimmel will be there grilling sausages and offering samples from the terrines.
