Create Handmade Books at Rockwell Museum

April 16 @ 1 - 4 p.m.
Rural Intelligence Kids
Teens are invited to explore the process of creating unique handmade books at Norman Rockwell Museum. The creations are like works of art, made with materials such as fine papers, fabrics, and art supplies. Participants will design, assemble, and bind their own art books then hand-sew the pages and signatures, create book covers, and finish the book with their own unique touches.

Explore a variety of formats, including blank journals, a drilled binding attached with nuts and bolts, and accordian fold outs then take them home to fill with your own thoughts, photos and drawings.
