Family Day at the Clark Bids Adios to Muñoz
October 17 @ noon
The Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute’s Juan Muñoz exhibition wraps up with an afternoon of free events for the whole family. Visitors are invited to enjoy kid-friendly tapas workshops led by chef Steve Wilkinson, participate in Muñoz-inspired art-making activities, and learn how to cast a bronze sculpture in a special demonstration by local sculptor Andrew DeVries.
Families will also be able to discover more about Muñoz in an informative, lighthearted discussion with curator David Breslin; enjoy nationally renowned storyteller Leeny Del Seamonds’ interactive performances of Spanish folktales; kick up their heels with the local Latino/Hispanic band Cicade Tango on the South Lawn—and much more.
