Fancy Nancy Author Visits Millbrook
October 12 @ 6 p.m.
Merritt Bookstore welcomes Jane O’Connor, creator of the Fancy Nancy books, for a visit. The New York Times bestselling author has written more than 30 books for children, including the insanely popular series about spleniferous Nancy, who believes more is ALWAYS better when it comes to being fancy.
O’Connor’s honors include the Quill Award for Best Picture Book for Fancy Nancy and Booklist’s Best Nonfiction Book for Young Readers for The Emperor’s Silent Army: Terra Cotta Warriors of Ancient China.
