Germantown is celebrating its 300th birthday and is pulling out all the stops for a three-day Palatine Oktoberfest/Fall Festival. Free tractor and horse drawn wagon rides, a farm market, craft and food vendors, games and music will be part of the event all weekend long.

On Friday, a Wagon Parade down Main Street to Palatine Park kicks off the festivities. On Saturday, farm exhibits, petting zoo, more crafters and food vendors, bounce houses, more games, and history exhibits join the mix. The day concludes with a teen dance and fireworks display. On Sunday, a German Oompah Band adds to the fun.
