Hawthorne Valley Puppet Theatre Presents Billy Goats Gruff
March 12 @ 1 and 2 p.m.
The Magical Puppet Tree, a non-profit arts initiative inspired by artists, musicians, teachers and friends of Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School, invites the public to a spring-inspired tale about the Billy Goats Gruff. After a long lean winter, three billy goat brothers set out for the mountain meadows to feast on sweet spring grass, but along the way they encounter a quarrelsome troll.
After the puppet show, children are invited to help feed Hawthorne Valley’s own sweet-tempered angora billy goats and visit their Kindergarten Open House.
