Kent Library Hosts Decorate-A-Cookie Day

December 4 @ 10 a.m. - noon
Rural Intelligence Kids
Cookie decorating is a popular holiday activity, but it’s not often kids have the chance to decorate cookies from a world-famous bakery. The Kent Memorial Library is hosting such an event, with cookies donated by Walkers Shortbread.

Decorate-A-Cookie Day is open to children ages 3 and up. Festive Shapes cookies in the form of Santa faces, bells, stars and trees are ready for the young ‘uns to add some “holiday razzle dazzle.” Photos of some of the best decorated cookies will be posted on www.walkersus.com and www.kentmemoriallibrary.org, in time to impress parents and give people ideas for their own holiday entertaining and gift giving.
