‘Schoolhouse’ Rocks in North Adams, Williamstown

October 22, 23 and 24
Rural Intelligence Kids
“Conjunction Junction, what’s your function? Linking up words and phrases and clauses…” If you know the words to this song or can hum along with that catchy tune, you must have grown up in the 1970s, when Schoolhouse Rock ditties broadcast fun, hip civics, grammar and math lessons to Saturday morning cartoon audiences.

Thanks to Mill City Productions, you and your children can enjoy Schoolhouse Rock Live! at shows this weekend in Williamstown and North Adams. The plot: Tracy, a teacher nervous about her first day of teaching, tries to relax by watching TV. Various characters emerge from the set and show her how to win her students over with beloved Schoolhouse Rock songs such as “Just A Bill,” “Lolly, Lolly, Lolly” and “Conjunction Junction.”

Show dates and times:
October 22 @ 7 p.m., First Congregational Church, Williamstown, MA
October 23 @ 2 and 7 p.m., Heritage State Park, North Adams, MA
October 24 @ 2 p.m., Heritage State Park, North Adams, MA

Schoolhouse Rock Live!
