The family of Sergey Prokofiev traveled to Annandale-on-Hudson to witness the moving world premiere on Friday night at Bard's Fisher Center for the Performing Arts of the composer's Romeo & Juliet, for the first time performed in public as written, with a new accompanying ballet, choreographed by Mark Morris.  A gala dinner, chaired by Carolyn Marks Blackwood, preceded the performance, and dessert and dancing followed.

Serge Prokofiev, the composer's grandson, with his daughters, photographer Lina Prokofiev and Nika Prokofiev.
