Saving the Bay at Mark & Larry’s Antiques

Everyone seemed to have his or her own agenda on Friday, October 8, when they gathered at Mark & Larry’s Antiques on Warren Street in Hudson for a drink.  Sam Pratt had called to meeting to raise funds for Save the Bay, but he didn’t make a speech and if he hit anybody up for a donation, he did it subtlety.  The caterer, Kera Wasserbach, was using the occasion to launch her party planning business, an enterprise so nascent she doesn’t have a website yet (but a big thumbs up for her hors d’oerves).  Chris and Lolly Swicegood (piano and vocals, respectively) were there to celebrate the release of their new CD and to talk up their gig at Club Helsinki on October 30th.  And Mark Wasserbach was there, well, because it’s his store, and he was lending support to his daughter’s new career.
