Richmond Hill was built in 1807 for Walter Livingston, and sits on 58 acres surrounded by forever-protected lands. The Federal-style home is on the National Register and features intricately carved mantels, parlors, a wide hall, and a sweeping staircase with two landings leading to four bedrooms. A large kitchen wing with a sunporch overlooks the rear fields and woodlands with a peek at the Catskill Mountains. The farm complex includes a period Dutch barn and a huge dairy barn with a soaring hay loft ready to be reinterpreted for modern use. Listed for $2.15 million by HOUSE Hudson Valley.
