RoundTop Burlesque Revue Returns to Pine Plains
Beauties, bananas, back hair, and veteran NYC performers bring the tradition back to Pine Plains for a second year.

The RoundTop Burlesque Revue returns to Banning Hall at the Stissing Center for its second year on June 6, with host Sir Richard Castle welcoming a cast of veteran performers for an evening of classic striptease, outrageous comedy, and theatrical flair. The show runs about two hours and is adults only.
The lineup includes Evil Hate Monkey, Boo Boo Darlin', The Maine Attraction, Ellie Steingraeber, and Tansy—all veterans of New York City burlesque venues including The Slipper Room and The Box. The Slipper Room on Orchard Street has been a home of the neo-burlesque revival since the late 1990s; The Box on Chrystie Street operates at the more theatrical, no-guardrails end of cabaret. These are performers who know how to work a room.
