Samara DiMouro reports from Lenox.Stonover Farm overflowed with artists, their supporters, and party people on Friday, July 13, for Soul Appetite, a gallery opening and dinner/dance party to benefit IS 183 Art School of the Berkshires. Board member Nancy Kalodner and founding chair Lucy Holland (left) beamed with pride at the night’s abundant and enthusiastic turnout. Guests began the night mingling and perusing work in all media by over 20 artists displayed throughout Stonover Farm’s barn-turned-gallery; purchases supported the art school's programs. The reception was followed by an informal barbecue dinner on the verdant hill behind the barn. The steamy evening concluded with a tropical-themed dance party, energized by new arrivals who flooded the dance floor, where the festive mood was enhanced by lively projections by artist Joe Wheaton.
