Friday, January 30 | Zion Lutheran Church, Pittsfield, MA | 6pm and 8pm

Gather in the glow of candlelight at Zion Lutheran Church (ELCA) in Pittsfield for "A Vivaldi and Mozart Candlelight Experience," a pair of intimate concerts on Friday, January 30.

Presented by Lumos, this evening blends the music of Antonio Vivaldi and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with the warm ambiance of hundreds of candles and a tiered seating structure that brings audiences close to the performance. The program typically features beloved works by both composers, from Vivaldi’s evocative concerti to Mozart’s lyrical staples.

There are two sittings to choose from: a 6–7 pm session and an 8–9 pm session, each offering a full hour of music. Tickets are sold in tiered zones (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze), with seating allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis within each zone.

Suitable for ages 8 and up, the experience is as much about atmosphere as sound, perfect for anyone looking to start the weekend with a meditative and transportive night of classical music under flickering light.
