The Voice of Art brings its sixth annual Fine Art Festival to the Sharon Town Green on Memorial Day Weekend, May 23 and 24, with around 60 juried artists from Connecticut and six other states showing and selling work across painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, mixed media, ceramics, glass, fiber arts, jewelry, and woodwork. The show is free, rain or shine.

The Voice of Art is a nonprofit based in Sharon that runs arts programming for the Litchfield Hills community year-round, including a therapeutic art program for older adults, virtual and venue shows, and this festival.

Sharon's green sits at the center of the village with a white Congregational church at one end and a cluster of historic buildings on the surrounding streets, and the combination of art, architecture, and late-May weather tends to make for a pleasant afternoon. Three food vendors will be on site both days, and the show is dog-friendly on leash.
