The creators of last weekend's one-day only Pizza Farm wanted to leave behind a permanent legacy so they asked all of the local farmers with whom they worked to provide them with recipes, and the graphic designers behind Pizza Farm produced two-sided, two-color recipe cards that were handed out at the party in Canaan, CT. This week, Rural Intelligence is publishing six of the recipes: Feta and Watermelon Salad from Adamah in Falls Village, CT; Roasted Oyster Mushroom from Blue Moon Shrooms in Stockbridge, MA; Onion Chutney from Chubby Bunny Farm in Falls Village, CT;  Sausage and Pepper Bake from Meili Farm, which straddles the Amenia, NY/Sharon, CT line; Pattypan Squash from Moon on the Pond Farm in Sheffield, MA; Fresh Tomato Salsa from Stonewall Dairy Farm in Cornwall, CT. Next week, we'll post six more.
