Saturday, September 19, 5–7pm | Hudson, NY | Waitlist for individual tickets; Lead Supporter tickets still available

The Olana Partnership hosts its annual (End of) Summer Party on Olana's East Lawn on September 19, timed to the bicentennial of painter Frederic Church's birth. Demand this year has been strong enough that individual tickets are now waitlisted, though Lead Supporter tickets ($2,500 and above, which include a separate cocktail party on October 17 in a setting designed by landscape architect Robin Key) remain available on a limited basis.

The honorees are Andrew Arrick and Michael Hofemann, the couple behind FINCH Hudson, the antiques and lifestyle store on Warren Street. Arrick spent two decades in luxury fashion at houses including Yves Saint Laurent, Celine, and Vera Wang before he and Hofemann left New York City for Hudson, and the two have built FINCH into a 10,000-square-foot emporium of antiques, art, furniture, and apparel that regularly incorporates Hudson River School imagery directly into their merchandise. Olana is honoring the pair specifically for that ongoing commitment to the Hudson community and their inclusion of Church's legacy in their own work.

The party will feature drinks from Hudson Dry, Klocke Estate, Neverstill Wines, Nine Pin Cider Works, and Return Brewing, with hors d'oeuvres from The Aviary Kinderhook, Chleo, Four Corners, Isabela, Pretty to Think so, Serre, Stewart House 1883 Tavern, and Via Cassia—essentially a tasting tour of some of the region's best current kitchens. Andalucía Project provides live music. All of it unfolds against what one of the greatest views in the Hudson Valley.

Olana State Historic Site, 5720 State Route 9G, Hudson, NY. Tickets and waitlist information at tickets.olana.org, or call (518) 751-0035.
