Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Requa House was designed by Hudson architect Henry Moul and built on the banks of the Hudson River in 1901. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Details such as ornamental plasterwork and trim have been preserved. The home is surrounded by 37 acres of perennial gardens, and is approved for B&B use.
