Flying Cloud Institute is forever grateful to our families, community partners, donors, staff, and board members who work together to create positive solutions. It's together that this community brings S•M•Art Summer, Young Women in Science, afterschool MakerSpaces, and classroom residencies to children throughout the Berkshires and supports our local educators. The mission of Flying Cloud institute is to inspire young people and educators through dynamic science and art experiences that ignite creativity. On Monday, July 24, Josh and Emily Irwin hosted the party at Cantina 229 for a last bash in support of Flying Cloud. About 140 Flying Cloud supporters gathered to support inspiring local youth and educators through science and art. Josh and Billy Jack of Moon Cloud catered the event. Jules Jenssen, a Flying Cloud alum (just back from his European tour) DJ'd. Local artist and businesses donated amazing auction items, including a night at the Granville House, artwork by Darcy Miro, Jef Scharf, Robin Tost and Scotty Salame.
