
Built of brick and stone, the Stone Jug Farmhouse in Germantown was built in 1752 by a Palatine farmer and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Inside and out , it looks like it's straight out of the history books, displaying details such as a gabled roof, original Dutch doors, antique hardware and a hearth that could only be found in the 1700s.
