Amy Krzanik reports from Lenox.Berkshire Country Day School in Lenox, Mass., which boasts an enrollment of 140 students in preschool through grade 9, honored its most generous supporters with a reception on Sunday, Oct. 4 at The Mount, where they enjoyed hors d’oeuvres by Kate Baldwin Food and tours of Edith Wharton’s former summer home. Over recent years, the sponsors, who include parents of current and former students as well as BCD alums, have helped the school implement new arts initiatives, balance its budget and replace its roof.
