Fiona Breslin reports from Lenox.A crowd of chefs, foodies, and farmers filled Eastover's Tally Ho barn on Monday, September 24 for Berkshire Grown's 14th Annual Harvest Supper fundraiser. More than 20 restaurateurs, chefs, and farmers from across the county shared the spotlight as guests waltzed from table to tasting station, sampling delectables such as Allium's Savory Pork Buns, The Old Inn on the Green's warm vegetable risotto, Baba Louie's crispy-crust pizza, and Firefly's roasted sunchoke bisque with fried leeks, and bidding on silent auction lots. Berkshire Grown board president and Red Lion Inn chef Brian Alberg (pictured left with Lucy Holland and Nancy Kalodner) and Equinox farmer Ted Dobson rallied the crowd for a live auction rife with food- and restaurant-related lots, offering the opportunity for further enjoyment of local food and drink.
