Built in 1869, this historic German Lutheran Church in Hudson was adapted for use as a recording studio with residential space in 2008. Among many architectural details is beautiful hardwood flooring, moldings, stained glass windows, ornate lighting, and endless nooks and crannies. A winding staircase leads to the choir loft and continues up into the large spire where the church bell used to hang. The lower floor is currently used for both live and workspace and is outfitted with a large, open living/kitchen area, two sizable bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open lounge/dining area. The building, situated in the center of town, also features a number of upgrades suited to a multitude of commercial or private uses. Listed for $1.425 million by Douglas Elliman.
