In Stuyvesant, an 1870 farmhouse has an updated first floor, with a new kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. The second floor has been gutted with four large bedrooms and an unfinished bathroom. Some original features are still intact: the front door, stairs and banister. A carriage house on the property is falling down. Listed at $174,5000 by Coldwell Banker.
