Stylish sun hats? Colorful cocktails? One of the best views in the Berkshires? It must be Naumkeag’s annual garden party. This past Saturday, July 22, guests soiréed at one of The Trustees of Reservations’ most popular properties to support its continued upkeep and plethora of programs. Attendees enjoyed signature cocktails featuring Berkshire Mountain Distillers spirits, passed hors d’oeuvres from Mezze Catering + Events, and live music by Wanda Houston & the HBH Band. Honorary event chairs Marilyn and Nathan Hayward were feted for their longtime support of Naumkeag, and a pop-up performance by a quartet of Tanglewood musicians was unveiled in a touching surprise for the couple. Funds raised at Naumkeag’s annual summertime party help sustain this beloved Stockbridge site and allow for year-round programming.
