The Williamstown Theatre Festival (WTF) has unveiled additional casting for its 2025 summer season, including Tony Danza, who will share the stage with fellow film and television star Pamela Anderson in "Camino Real". Additionally a wealth of stage veterans and rising stars has been announced as part of the casts across three major productions.

Danza, known for his roles in “Taxi” and “Who's the Boss?,” joins the cast of Tennessee Williams's “Camino Real,” directed by Obie Award-winner Dustin Wills. Danza will perform alongside Vin Knight, a member of the Obie Award-winning troupe Elevator Repair Service, and two-time Obie Award winner April Matthis, who appeared in “Most Happy in Concert” at Williamstown in 2022. They join previously announced cast members Anderson, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, and Whitney Peak. The production will run from July 17 to August 3 on the MainStage.

Elizabeth Lail, recognized for her performances in “Once Upon a Time” and Netflix's “YOU,” has been cast in Tennessee Williams's “Not About Nightingales,” directed by Tony Award-nominee Robert O’Hara. Lail replaces the previously announced Sydney Lemmon. She joins a cast that includes Chris Messina, William Jackson Harper, and Brian Geraghty. The play will also be staged from July 17 to August 3 on the Nikos Stage.

It was also announced that the world premiere of Jeremy O. Harris's “Spirit of the People” will feature Ato Blankson-Wood and James Cusati-Moyer, both Tony Award nominees and original cast members of Harris's “Slave Play.” They are joined by Tonatiuh, Emma Ramos, Julian Sanchez, Christopher Geary, and Amandla Jahava. The production, directed by Katina Medina Mora, will run from July 17 to August 1 on the MainStage.

Weekend Passes for the festival are currently on sale, offering access to these productions and more. Passholders can also book discounted accommodations at select local hotels through June 1.
