The Williamstown Theatre Festival continues its expanded year-round programming with "Table Read," a theatrical dinner experience unfolding on March 26 at The Williams Inn. The event places guests at the center of the action, With the table itself and the food on it becoming a part of the experience.
The evening is built around excerpts from "Naked in the Rideshare (Stories of Gross Miscalculations)" by Rebecca Shawand Ben Kronengold, with performers presenting three essays live over the course of a four-course meal prepared by Chef Ron Reda. The structure is deliberately intimate and episodic—part reading, part dinner party.
