Saturday–Sunday, June 6–7, 10am–5pm Sat / 10am–4pm Sun | Rhinebeck, NY | $12 weekend pass

The Rhinebeck Crafts Festival returns to the Dutchess County Fairgrounds on June 6 and 7, one of the most consistently worthwhile weekends on the Hudson Valley arts calendar. Over 165 jury-selected American makers spread across the grounds with original work in fashion, accessories, jewelry, ceramics, glass, metal, wood, fine art, furniture, and home decor.

Produced by Artrider Productions, the festival has been running long enough to build a genuine following among collectors and serious shoppers who make the trip specifically for it each year. The jury process is competitive and the quality shows — this is not a craft fair where mass-produced goods turn up under handmade labels. The grounds also offer gourmet food vendors, local distillery and winery tastings, craft demonstrations, and family activities. Free parking, indoors and outdoors, rain or shine.

Dutchess County Fairgrounds, 6636 Route 9, Rhinebeck, NY. Tickets at artrider.com.
